Refund and Cancellation

RESERVATION

  • To guarantee room availability, please make a reservation in advance over the phone or online.
  • To receive the confirmed reservation, payment in advance in cash or by deposit or online is required. Prior to receiving the confirmed reservation, please review the cancelation policy.
  • Until the confirmation voucher is created, the rates shown online are not guaranteed. The rates are typically fluctuating. Once you have chosen a rate and completed the purchase, no other rate—neither higher nor lower—applies, and no refund is permitted.
  • The confirmed room rate, the estimated taxes, and the estimated fees are all included in the estimated cost of stay; actual taxes, fees, and cess that apply at the time of stay will apply and may differ from the estimates; you will be responsible for paying any additional costs resulting from such changes.
  • Currency conversions are simply approximations that are given for informational purposes. At check-out, the hotel's local currency will be used to pay the bill.
  • If it seems, in the hotel's sole judgment, that a guest is involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or other improper activities, or that the reservation was obtained fraudulently, with malice in intent, or by accident, we reserve the right to change or cancel the reservation.
  • Please show the hotel reservation confirmation voucher at the time of check-in, along with a valid credit card for any incidental or additional fees, a valid passport, a valid PAN card, an Election Identity Card, a valid driver's license, or any other photo ID card issued by the federal or state government.
  • All discount and promotion pricing are non-refundable and limiting fares. A specific deal or promotion Changes to the hotel reservation are not permitted by the rates. Limited inventory is available on certain room types exclusively on a first-come, first-served basis under all promotions and special rates.
  • Any other services and amenities not included in this offer will be offered at an additional cost only. JB Residency has the right to cancel and/or modify the promotion or sale at any time.
  • Any other offer, promotion, or reward that is accessible through a JB Residency or third-party loyalty program cannot be paired with this one.
  • Rates may change without prior notice and may vary for special events, with the exception of confirmed reservations made with an advance payment;
  • If a pre-booked room is not available at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternative similar standard hotel/in a similar room type, at its discretion and without further liability.
  • All pricing are subject to the applicable local taxes on the chosen services and room rate.

OCCUPANCY

  • A maximum of two people per room is allowed under normal occupancy. If space permits, an additional person will be charged at the hotel's standard rate.

DEPOSIT/ ONLINE PAYMENT

  • To receive a confirmed reservation, the deposit or online payment must be made in advance in the amount of the whole number of room nights reserved for the duration of the stay.
  • The only payment methods we accept are MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro. Please get in touch with the hotel's reservations if you have any other payment options.
  • A company credit card must be used to obtain corporate reservations. Please get in touch with the hotel's reservation for any other payment options.
  • In accordance with the cancellation and early checkout policy, group reservations of four or more rooms require cancellation notice in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
  • To receive a confirmed reservation, the deposit or online payment must be made in advance in the amount of the whole number of room nights reserved for the duration of the stay.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY

  • To receive a return of your deposit, make sure to notify the hotel reservation in writing of any changes to your plans or cancellations. The following are the guidelines in this regard: The Internet Booking Engine will automatically handle requests for changes or cancellations for reservations made online. Any necessary refunds must be processed via the system in compliance with the relevant cancellation and modification policies. If a reservation is changed, there can be a fee difference based on the rate for the new date and room type and availability.
  • Please be aware that once an online reservation is changed or canceled with the hotel's reservations office or sales office, it cannot be changed or cancelled online. Any additional fees or rate differences for the modified reservation can be paid with the same payment method or card as used for the original reservation. If a non-cancellable booking is canceled, the client will not get a refund for the money paid to make the reservation(s); refunds for reservations made by the issuing travel agent will only be processed by the issuing travel agent; refunds cannot be made online.
  • Some accommodation types and pricing are restricted and offer no perks. You can reserve the room or rooms available on www.bresidencytrichy.com without any benefits or limits if you would prefer not to use the restricted rates and types. You are responsible for paying for the full confirmed reservation if you check out early. If you have any questions about the policy, ask the hotel.
  • Please be aware that when multiple rooms are reserved, all of the rooms are counted as "reserved nights." For instance, reserving two (2) rooms for four (4) nights would result in eight (8) reserved nights; therefore, the appropriate cancellation time for these eight (8) reserved nights is 72 hours.

REFUND POLICY

  • It will take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the refund processing to appear on your credit card account once a refundable reservation is canceled. Your credit card company's billing cycle and the bank's processing time are the basis for the given processing time. The hotel's cancellation policy, the time of cancellation, processing fees, and other variables all affect the refund. See the above-mentioned cancellation policy for further information.

CONFIRMATION VOUCHER

  • After the reservation is verified, a voucher and confirmation number are generated for your convenience. When you arrive at the hotel, you must show the confirmation voucher. The hotel might not honor your reservation if you don't have the confirmation voucher, unless they can find and match the excess in the reservation system.
